Shipping & Handling Policy
Where applicable, Shipping & Handling charges are combined as one single charge in addition to order subtotal.
| Shipping is defined as the cost charged by and paid to the delivery service i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx. et al.
Shipping costs are variable and based on package weight, size, volume, bulk, dimension, material, location and speed of service - and are dictated solely by our delivery partners.
Handling is defined as an amount charged and combined with shipping cost (in addition to the order subtotal) that covers any additional expenses related to order fulfillment including, but not limited to: packaging materials, preparation fees, printed collateral and 3rd party drop-ship fees where applicable.
Handling is generally executed the next business day after an order is placed, but may take up to 7 business days for fulfillment.
Tracking service is generally provided by shipping partners for most orders, but is not guaranteed.
Delivery for orders where tracking service is provided, are the sole responsibility of the delivery partner. Please contact the delivery service for questions regarding the tracking of your order, where applicable.
|Shipping periods are generally 3 to 5 business days but may take up to 14 business days from time of fulfillment for domestic orders and 45-60 business days for international orders. We do not guarantee shipping periods.|
|For orders qualifying for FREE SHIPPING, handling may take up to 14 business days and shipping up to 21 business days from fulfillment.|
